Even though they had very busy schedules, they took as much time as we needed to ask them about the lot and were always so very helpful. Moving from Southern California, and not being too familiar with Texas, Greg told us all about what was good and what was not so good as far as the trees on our lot, where the sun would rise, that we would have a terrific breeze, etc., etc.

Building a home can be quite over whelming just in itself, then to build one from out-of-state, can be actually frightening! Having lived in our home in Southern California for 25 years and never built a home before, it was all a bit much for us. However; Meredith held our hand and had the patience of a saint working with us. She went so far out of her way to send us samples, give us ideas and never once made us feel like we were bothering her.

Because of the help from the Meyers/Brants we have a beautiful home that we are extremely happy with and very proud of. Kyle has been very helpful with any of the little things that we discovered needed attention after we moved in, in fact, he told us to make a list of anything we found that needed attention, but to give ourselves some time to get settled in. We received and continue to receive excellent attention to our needs and are always made to feel like their number one customer.

This is the second home we had Meyer Brant build for us, which should say something in and of itself. We have challenged them in both builds by requesting unique designs and concepts and they came through both times. Meredith gave us exactly what we were looking for in the architecture and Kyle made sure it was built right. Kyle is also a wizard at wood work as he built all our custom wood shelving, barn doors and ceilings. Yes. Wood ceilings. They hire excellent subs, the key to any good builder, and they pay attention to the work being done. When there was an aesthetic issue with the tiling in one of the guest baths they required the sub to tear out the work and retile the bath. Even when we had disagreements regarding the process and some usually minor issue, which you always have during any build, they solved those disagreements to our satisfaction. They will be the first people I call if I ever build again.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Meyer Brant. I have used other builders in the past but they don’t even compare. Meyer Brant’s attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is phenomenal and something I value. Thank you again!
