Select your build site, discuss preliminary pricing, and share your must-haves. We’ll collaborate to refine your vision, incorporating every detail from the layout to your specific design preferences. At this stage, a professional services agreement is signed to formalize our partnership and begin the design process.

Step 3: Preliminary Plans & Pricing

We conduct a site survey, develop preliminary house plans, and provide you with initial pricing, ensuring your project is grounded in practicality and design excellence.

Step 4: Review & Refine

Review the preliminary plans and pricing with us, take the time to reflect on every detail, and let us know your thoughts.

Step 5: Tailoring the Details

Work with us to make any adjustments to the design and pricing, ensuring every element aligns with your vision and expectations.

Step 6: Finalizing the Design

Our designer completes all drawings, and Kyle updates pricing. We provide detailed specifications, capturing every aspect of your home, from finishes to fixtures.

Step 7: Approvals & Final Preparations

The final set of plans, contracts, pricing, and specifications are presented for your approval, setting the stage for construction to begin.

Step 8: Contracts & Preparations

Sign the building contract and secure financing. We handle permits, engineering, and any necessary approvals, ensuring a smooth transition into construction.

Step 9: Site Preparation

We prepare the site, install temporary utilities, and stake out your home’s foundation, setting the groundwork for the build.

Step 10: Crafting Your Home

Daily oversight ensures every aspect of your home is built to the highest standards. Kyle personally manages the construction, ensuring quality craftsmanship at every turn.

Step 11: Final Completion

We finish construction with exceptional attention to detail, preparing your home for the final walkthrough and closing.

Step 12: Walkthrough & Orientation

Before closing, we’ll complete a thorough walkthrough, address any final punch list items, and guide you through a pre-close orientation to familiarize you with your new home.

Step 13: Closing & Ongoing Care

Close escrow, receive the keys, and settle into your home. After 30-60 days, we’ll follow up to address any minor adjustments. After one year, we’ll conduct a comprehensive review to ensure your home continues to meet the highest standards.
